BRYAN Despite the back and forth in Congress on how to keep the government funded, there could be some parts of the Affordable Care Act that go into effect Tuesday, October 1st.
Dr. Nancy Dickey, former president of the Texas A&M Health Science Center and the American Medical Association, talked with Brazos Valley This Morning Monday to help explain what the new law means to people.
