A local single mom is doing a lot of good this holiday season, a continuation of her year-round efforts.
Raquel Masco is the Executive Director of Single Moms Created 4 Change. She founded the program in 2011 as a source of
encouragement and assistance to single mothers in our community.
Masco was on First News at Four Monday to talk about efforts to help single parents this holiday season. Organizers are hosting a Christmas Store December 19-21 at the Bridge Ministries located at 1002 E. 29th Street in Bryan.
There is a need for new or gently used clothing, toys, and household items that will go toward single parents and their families this Christmas season.
You can drop off donations at 1002 E. 29th Street in Bryan or call 979-575-1034 for more information.
