Why do you even try to report the news? I have listened to your broadcast off and on for years and you never disappoint me in being the biggest joke in Texas when it comes to reporting the
news correctly. The report of the man stealing cattle and selling them was reported by your broadcaster to have a bond of 50,000 dollars, but on the screen you are displaying that bond was set at 1000 dollars.
Don't you guys check on what you are doing or is it a case of dyslexia or what? I know Mike Wright can't play golf since I played with him and Roger Barry years ago, and it appears that he can't manage his news
team as well. You'll might want to think about hiring some competent help so I can watch local news in Bryan.

NOW - HARSH AS IT WAS, TO RIK'S DEFENSE - HE WAS RIGHT. WE DID SHOW THAT GRAPHIC, AND I FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. BUT THIS PERSON IS FAR FROM INCOMPENTENT. AS FOR THE COMMENT ON GOLF, I NEVER CLAIMED TO BE ANY GOOD, NOR HAVE I BEEN SINCE MY KIDS WERE BORN. IF HE THINKS I WAS BAD THEN - HE WAS RIGHT. WE DIDN'T ACTUALLY PLAY TOGETHER - BUT WE DID PLAY AT THE SAME TIME.

Tell your graphics people that they are misspelling Isaac. You are spelling it as "Issac" instead of "isaac".

APPARENTLY - AND AS A SHOCK TO ME - OTHER MEDIA OUTLETS DID THE SAME THING. BUT THAT DOESN'T EXCUSE US. WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. WE DID - BUT JUST GOT LAZY - AND BELIEVE ME - IT ISN'T TOLERATED, BUT - WE PICK THEM UP AND TELL PEOPLE TO TRY AGAIN, EXPECTING PERFECTION, THOUGH EXCELLENCE IS TOLERATED. THIS SPELLING ERROR AIRED TWICE ON A GRAPHIC AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.

ROSE TOOK EXCEPTION TO AN ARTICLE WE POSTED SENT TO US BY A LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT. SHE WRITES:

"Did anyone proof read this article? According to police, one of the victim's friends attempted to intervene and was also injured by the actor. The actor then fled the scene in his vehicle traveling northbound on Texas Avenue. I don't think the person was an actor."

ROSE - WHILE YOU ARE CORRECT, THERE ARE BETTER WORDS, WE POSTED IT EXACTLY AS IT WAS RECEIVED FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT UNTIL MORE COULD BE LEARNED ABOUT THIS CRIME. WE STAND BY THE ARTICLE.
