Despite its recall problems, the Toyota Prius took first place in the annual list of top green cars issued by Kelly Blue Book. The Prius has been recognized for its fuel-efficiency. It averages 50 miles per gallon. Other top "green" vehicles on the Blue Book's list this year are the Honda Insight, the Ford Fusion Hybrid and the Volkswagon Golf TDI.
