If you'd like a good workout, while helping our troops, Saturday is your chance.

Train with Charlie is holding a local CrossFit fundraiser called "Fight Gone Bad" from 8:00 a.m. until noon.

People from all over the country will be participating in the intense workout, while raising money for the Wounded Warrior Project. There will be six workout heats lasting 45 minutes each.

The local event will take place at the Train With Charlie gym at the intersection of Longmire and Poderosa.

Last year, College Station CrossFit raised $1,500 for wounded soldiers.
