Broccoli May Protect Men From Prostate Cancer

More evidence Mom was right when she told you to eat your vegetables.
Researchers say just a few more servings each week of broccoli may protect men from prostate cancer.
They believe a chemical in the food sparks hundreds of genetic changes, activating some genes that fight cancer and switching off
others that fuel tumors.
There's plenty of evidence linking a diet rich in fruits and vegetables to a reduced cancer risk, but this is the first piece of research to investigate how the foods actually fight the disease.
