In a St. Joseph's Healthscene, exercise appears to cut the risk of nearly any kind of cancer. A Japanese study following 80, 000 adults over 10 years has found regular physical activity lowers the danger for everyone, but especially for men and women who work out the most. Researchers found the most active men were 13% less likely to get cancer than the least active men and the benefit was even more pronounced for women.
