In a St. Joseph Healthscene report, marathon runner hearts aren't as healthy as you might think. A new study's found long-distance men, despite their being in better general shape, were just as likely as others to have build-up in their arteries. There's a number of theories why, but some experts suggest it's because many of the runners in the study led a previously-less-than-healthy lifestyle.
