In a St. Joseph's Healthscene report, a new study's found having a fan on when a baby sleeps reduces the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome by 72%. Doctors say more ventilation could help babies at-risk get more air but caution more research is needed to prove there's a link. SIDS kills about 2100 infants in this country every year.
