Exercise and Teenager Behavioral Problems

In a St. Joseph Healthscene report, inactive teenagers tend to be the ones with most emotional and behavioral problems. So says a Finnish study that found teen boys who exercised less than a hour a week had more symptoms of anxiety, withdrawal, and depression than their more active peers. Experts say more exercise is good on all fronts and could lead to healthy habits.
