In a St. Joseph's Healthscene report, a new report warns if nothing is done to rein in Medicare spending, access to health care for some of the nation's poorest citizens could be threatened. Benefit costs are projected to increase nearly 8% a year while the economy's expected to grow less than 5% annually.
