Aspirin and Heart Protection

In a St. Joseph's Healthscene report, aspirin doesn't offer much heart protection for diabetics. A British study followed 1300 diabetics for eight years who took either an aspirin or a placebo. At the end of the study, the number of heart attacks and stroke within both groups was about the same.
