In a St. Joseph Healthscene report, Japanese researchers say people with high blood pressure who get less than seven-and-a-half hours of sleep a night face an increased risk of heart disease and stroke. The findings suggest that doctors caring for patients with hyper-tension should ask about their sleep habits.
