In a St. Joseph Healthscene report, a 13-year-old British girl who's undergone nearly a dozen surgeries has refused a heart transplant, a decision that may ultimately lead to her death. Hannah Jones was diagnosed with leukemia when she was 4 years old. Chemo put her into remission, only for doctors to find she had a deadly heart condition. They say she's got 6 months to live. She told her parents and medical authorities that she'd rather spend her remaining time at home than go through with a risky operation. After interviewing her, authorities yielded to her decision.
