Vitamins C & E and Cancer

In a St. Joseph Healthscene Report, according to a new large scale study, vitamin C and E supplements do not help prevent cancer. Researchers tracking nearly 15,000 men who took either one of the vitamins concluded they had little to no effect. The same research team also recently reported the vitamins weren't helpful in protecting against heart disease.
