Heart Attacks and Depression

In a St. Joseph Health Scene Report, a new study suggests cardiac patients who are depressed are less likely to exercise. That then increases their risk of a heart attack or heart failure. Researchers say the link may mean heart patients can lower their cardiac risk simply be getting more physical activity.
