In a St. Joseph Health Scene report, one way to reduce the risk of heart disease.... eat nuts. Researchers say eating a handful of nuts a day along with a Mediterranean diet rich in fruit, vegetables and fish could undo a collection of risk factors for heart disease. But experts caution too many nuts, along with the typical high calorie American diet... could lead to weight gain.
