In a St. Joseph Health Scene Report, cutting out carbs from your diet may help you lose weight, but it could leave you forgetful. A new study warns dieters who cut out high energy foods like pasta, bread and potatoes could end up losing their memory skills. Researchers believe the reason may be due to the way the brain uses glucose as a form of fuel.
