Sleeping Problems

In a St. Joseph Health Scene report, there's more evidence that sleeping too little or even too much may be bad for your heart. Researchers studied 58,000 men and women without heart disease. Those who slept less than 5 hours... or more than 9 hours.... were much more likely to die from cardiovascular disease over the next few years, compared to those who logged 7 hours a night.
