Grains and Healthy Heart

In a St. Joseph Health Scene report, when it comes to protecting the heart, eating more grains is the way to go. Researchers discovered people who increased their whole grain intake by just one serving decreased heart failure risk by 7%. The study also advises people to go easy on egg and dairy products.
