In a St. Joseph Health Scene Report, according to a new study, in vitro fertilization is more successful in younger women. The report shows women under 35 who undergo six cycles of I-V-F treatment have up to an 86 percent chance of giving birth. But for women over 40, the odds of having a baby are less than 50 percent.
