In a St. Joseph Health Scene Report, more Americans are foregoing necessary prescriptions to save money. A recent study showed one in seven Americans under 65 didn't take prescription medicines in 2007 because of rising costs. Researchers say that number is up since 2003 when only one in 10 people under 65 went without prescriptions.
