In a St. Joseph Health Scene Report, it's more good news for coffee lovers. A new study shows middle-aged adults who regularly drink coffee may decrease their risk of developing dementia later in life. It's not clear whether coffee itself deserves the credit, but the findings suggest you can enjoy that morning cup "in good conscience".
