In a St. Joseph Health Scene Report, Childhood vaccines like the one for measles-mumps-and rubella aren't to blame for autism. A special court ruled Thursday in three separate cases that there's no evidence to support such a link. Every year nearly 10 million doses of the MMR vaccine are distributed in the U.S.
