In a St. Joseph Health Scene report, a severe brain injury could put people at high risk for epilepsy more than a decade after they're first hurt. A new study found the odds more than doubled after a MILD brain injury or skull fracture. Epilepsy was seven times more likely in patients with a serious brain injury.
