Brazos County E. Coli Investigation Wrapping Up

The Brazos County Health Department's investigation into the E Coli outbreak is wrapping up.

Two College Station boys became seriously ill and have been undergoing treatment at Texas Children's Hospital In Houston after being infected by this dangerous strain of E Coli. 4-Year-old Jack Melton was released from the hospital on Friday while 18-month-old Noah is still undergoing treatment.

Five confirmed cases, as well as five suspected ones, were reported during a week period in April. The health department is planning a press conference on their findings Tuesday afternoon at one o'clock.
