Never Too Late To Start Healthy Lifestyle

For many, the first day of spring signals a time of renewal. It’s out with the old, in with the new. But before exerting all your efforts toward spring cleaning your home, how about spring cleaning your health?

Beginning Mach 20 (the first day of spring), Elizabeth Gray, M.D., Internal Medicine, will offer a FREE six-week course designed to get you back on track to good health. Healthy Lifestyles is a group series where you can learn and share with others the challenges you face to improving your health.

Among the topics covered:
· Goal Setting
· Dieting
· Food Labels
· Healthy Activities
· Stress Management
· Sleep
· Nutritional Supplements

The course is open to all ages. Classes meet every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at:
