If you thought you saw pink fire trucks and buses around Bryan-College Station on Wednesday, you weren't seeing things.

The Pink Heals Tour arrived at Lowe's in Bryan to help raise awareness about women's health issues.

Each year the "Guardians of the Ribbon" drive across the country to deliver a message of hope and support for all cancer victims.

The non-profit organization currently has 57 pink trucks that are part of the effort.

Participants in this event were able to sign their names on the pink trucks in honor of those who have been impacted by cancer.
