Scott & White Healthcare has announced plans to build a new clinic near the intersection of Hwy 6 and Austins Colony Parkway.

The clinic will be an extension of the Scott & White College Station Clinic, which is expanding beyond its current space on University Drive.

Construction is scheduled to begin in early October 2012. The facility will feature 9 exam rooms, as well as laboratory services.

“This additional clinic enhances our ability to provide integrated care from the outpatient setting all the way through the inpatient setting when the new Scott & White Hospital College Station opens in August 2013,” said Jason Jennings, chief executive officer, Scott & White Healthcare College Station Region.
