The Brazos County Health Department has suspended a College Station restaurant's permit for the second time this year, forcing it to close for the weekend.
Rosie's Pho at the corner of Texas and Holleman has been ordered to shut down for 72 hours after inspectors with the Brazos County Health Department found the restaurant had a plethora of problems.
No adequate refrigeration, is a major issue inspectors found at the restaurant. In fact, beef was found being stored at 80 degrees.
Other infractions included garbage bags used for food storage and no hand sanitizer at the kitchen hand sink.
Inspectors will return to Rosie's Pho on Monday to see if the restaurant is able to correct its violations and pass a health inspection.
