restaurant. How do they fair under the watchful eye of the Brazos County Health Department? KBTX continues to look at which Brazos Valley restaurants are making the grade and which ones aren't.

Here's what inspectors found during the week of November 11:

The catering kitchen at Reed Arena was temporarily shut down for rodent droppings. Inspectors also found slime in the ice machine. To clarify this closing , this was not the Reed concession stand, but the catering kitched at Reed.

It's a 75 for Fox and the Hound on University Drive.
The bar and grill lost points for luke warm milk, a dirty oven and dirty trays.

McDonalds on Villa Maria in Bryan scores an 82 for flies and a fly swatter stored on top of a grill.

Inspectors found a small bug in the flour at Chef Cao's on Texas Avenue in Bryan. That plus dirty dishes results in an 86.

And neighboring restaurants Cenare and Mr. G's on University Drive receive perfect 100s.
