restaurant. How do they fair under the watchful eye of the Brazos County Health Department? KBTX continues to look at which Brazos Valley restaurants are making the grade and which ones aren't.
Here's what inspectors found the week of November 25:
Not much to complain about at Freebirds on Longmire.
Inspectors found mold in the ice machine and around the soda dispenser and gave the burrito business a 94.
While Luigi's on Highway 6 cooks up a 97.
The Italian Patio Restaurant is docked for a dirty microwave and dirty plates.
And a pair of perfect scores go to Fritella Italian Restaurant on Texas Avenue and Kolache Rolf's on Longmire.
