Find out what's lurking behind the kitchen door of your favorite
restaurant. How do they fair under the watchful eye of the Brazos County Health Department? KBTX continues to look at which Brazos Valley restaurants are making the grade and which ones aren't.
Here's what health inspectors found during the week of January 20:
McDonald's on George Bush Drive was docked for a yogurt parfait not cold enough, several mislabeled toxins and no soap in the kitchen.
The Golden Arches scored a 71.
It's an 82 for Dairy Queen on East 29th Street for dirty utensils and buildup in the microwave.
Four restaurants received perfect scores:
Kentucky Fried Chicken and Wienerschnitzel on South Texas Avenue in Bryan received 100s, as well as Burger King and Panda Express on Texas Avenue in College Station.
