restaurant. How do they fair under the watchful eye of the Brazos County Health Department? KBTX continues to look at which Brazos Valley restaurants are making the grade and which ones aren't.

Here's what inspectors found during the week of March 10:

Freebirds on Earl Rudder Freeway was shut down Wednesday for not having hot water.
The burrito business remained closed Thursday when the problem wasn't fixed.
Inspectors will do a follow-up on Friday.

El Coco Loco on South Texas Avenue in Bryan was fined $500 for storing personal drinks improperly for a third time. It scored an 88.

China King Buffet received the same score for tofu not cold enough and food not covered in the freezer.

Inspectors gave Long John Silvers a 91 for fruit flies and buildup in the soda nozzles.

And a scrumptious score for Sweet Memories on 29th Street in Bryan. It scored a 100, along with Whataburger on Texas Avenue in Bryan and Layne's Chicken Fingers on Walton in College Station.
