For the second straight week here in the Brazos Valley, a restaurant gets its permit suspended by the Brazos County Health Department.
Rosie's Pho on the corner of Texas and Holleman scored a 58 during its inspection by the health department on October 7th, prompting a 24 hour shut down.
Inspectors found food off temperature, employees not washing their hands correctly, flies, and household bug spray inside the restaurant.
The heath department returned the next day and the restaurant was allowed to reopen.
Last week Applebee's in College Station, El Coco Loco in Bryan, and Taco Nazo in Bryan had to shut their doors due to roaches.
