When it comes to eating out in Bryan/College Station, the choices are plentiful. And, that trend is going to continue with at least four new eateries scheduled to open by the end of the year.

"We know that B/CS is expanding. It's growing out in both directions. So we are hoping as they expand, we can expand with them," said Brady Black with Spoons Yogurt.

Spoons has noticed the trend and plans on expanding in both Bryan and College Station. In fact, the shop hopes to have a store in Bryan in the next few months and a store at Tower Point by the start of summer.

Over the next year at Tower Point you're going to see a lot of changes. If fact, in two weeks, construction is scheduled to begin on a new inline retail space. So far 80% of that retail strip has been rented out.

"It's certainly something that attracted us to this market," said Skylar Bell, General Manager of the soon to be opened College Station Chuy's.

The restaurant won't open till January but they're already doing what they can to establish an early relationship with customers here in town.

"We know how loyal the Aggie fans are and when they find something they like, they're going to stick by it. So we're excited to get in here," said Skylar.

"We're hoping, God willing, that we'll look into the possibility of expanding in College Station," said Debbie Rodriguez-Montalbano with Casa Rodriguez.

Casa Rodriguez is also setting its sights toward South College Station. Business has been so strong at the Bryan restaurant for 32 years that it's just a matter of time before a second location is opened.

"The community is growing. People are moving to this area and I feel like it's just going to expand and grow," said Rodriguez-Montalbano.

That growth and the constant influx of students makes B/CS one of the more unique markets in Texas.

"I don't think that you can find these options in any other place that is this size," said Black.

It's simple customer loyalty and feedback that keeps bringing the booths to Aggieland.

"We do a lot of interactive marketing. We've got a Facebook presence, we've had a website for a long time. We solicit feedback at all of our stores, we put a feedback card at every single table and we just have tremendous amount of people that would put on the comments cards, you have got to come to College Station. College Station is where you need to be. We listened," said Skylar.

Restaurants scheduled to open before the end of the year include Tony Roma's in Bryan, Ohana Korean Grill and 40 Tempura both located at the corner of Texas and Southwest Parkway. Newk's café at the corner of Highway 6 and University. And Tutta Pasta located near Wolf Pen Creek Park.
