Panera Bread Opens Its Doors In College Station

It's been close to three years in the making but fans of a fresh bakery restaurant are celebrating in B/CS.

The Panera Bread restaurant on University Drive officially opened its doors Tuesday, nine months after construction began on the eatery.

KBTX first learned about the Panera Bread opening in B/CS back in January of 2010.

You can find over 1500 Panera Bread locations across the country but this the first one located here in the Brazos Valley.
