America may be losing the battle of the bulge. A new report says obesity rates are up in nearly half the states and they haven't declined in one single state. For the fifth straight year, Mississippi leads the way with more than 32% of obese adults. Colorado is the leanest state where only 19% are obese.

With all of the weight loss products and surgeries out there, Obesity is a matter of chose.

It's strange to see old videos/movies/clips of tv shows of Americans from the 1930's up to the 1980's. Folks were stick thin ...in my opinion Americans have gotten fat because of three reasons: We eat TOO much, We eat ALL the wrong things,We don't exercise. It's pretty sad.
