For the eighth year in a row, the property tax rate in Bryan will remain the same. City council voted Tuesday night to keep it at $.6364 per $100 of property value.
It will help fund next year's budget which was also approved Tuesday. It calls for $265 million in expenditures, up $11 million over last year.
The council also voted to create the new position of Juvenile Case Manager in preparation for the creation of a Teen Court.
