A Robertson County topless club gets a second chance for a beer license.
An attorney for the owners of the Horseshoe Club says County Judge Jan Roe approved a motion for a new hearing regarding their application.
Club owners who plan to feature topless women would be able to serve beer to their patrons.
Roe had initially denied their request, citing insufficiencies with the application and safety concerns on Highway 6.
A hearing date has not been set.
Roe could not be reached for comment.
