We all remember what we were doing and where we were at when the world trade center was hit.

The George Bush Library will unveil a commemorative 9-11 display with a piece of steel from the World Trade Center.

Texas Task Force 1 assisted in the search and recovery efforts at Ground Zero.

The display will also include pictures, artifacts and equipment that emergency responders used during those long days of rummaging through the pile in search of anyone.

It's a way to pay tribute to those who risked their lives to save others.

Bob McKee, a member of Task Force One was out at Ground Zero. "We need to remember and understand it was significant in history. and lives are changed forever. The library can continue that on."

The display will run through November 14th at the George Bush Library and begins Saturday at 9am.
