K2 Officially Banned in CS; Final Reading Set for this week in Bryan
As of Sunday, September 5th, K2, or "Spice" is illegal in College Station.

As of Sunday, September 5th, K2, or "Spice" is illegal in College Station.
The city council passed the ban during their last meeting.
You may remember, K2 is a substance similar to marijuana. According to the creator himself, it's up to 30-percent more powerful.
College Station K2 Ordinance:
- Ordinance includes K2 and Salvia
- Went into effect Sunday, Sept. 5
Violations of Ordinance:
- Could face fine of up to $2,000
- Misdemeanor
It was being sold in smoke shops and gas stations across the Brazos Valley.
The Bryan City Council is expected to ban K2 as well. City leaders will hear the second and final reading of the oridiance during their meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 7.

It is blatantly obvious that prohibition just doesn't work. K2 herb has survived all these bans thus far. If people want to buy k2 smoke, it looks like they are going to have no problems doing it as there are places like, http://www.k2incense.org that have k2 incense products that aren't restricted by any current bans. I think our founding fathers would be appalled by how The Constitution is being stomped on. Let us have more respect for our individual liberties and take more personal responsibility. Parent your children, stop looking to Mommy Government to do it for you with all these ineffective and oppressive laws.

I have a QUICK question... It says that they banned K2. But K2 is only a brand of synthetic marijuana. My question is: did they ban the brand or the substance in the K2?

really? this just shows how stupid college station is and how big a failure it is s well. cant wait to get away from the nazi's that run this town and to be rid of the 3rd rate police force college station has.
