A fight broke out at A&M Consolidated High School after a pep rally Friday morning.
School officials say three girls, and one boy, all freshmen and sophomores were involved in the incident.
The fight is believed to have started as students were leaving the pep rally. Details leading up to the fight are not known but no one was seriously injured, however, one girl was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
College Station police and school officials are investigating the altercation.
No word yet on what disciplinary action, if any the four students will face.
