Alleged CS Kidnapper Indicted for Capital Murder

The College Station man accused of kidnapping a woman from the College Station Wal-Mart and stabbing her to death has been indicted for the crime.

Stanley Wayne Robertson, 42, is charged with capital murder.

Police say Robertson kidnapped Anne Toliver from the College Station Wal-mart August 13th and stabbed her to death. Her body was found in Fort Worth.

Fort Worth police eventually tracked Robertson down and a car chase ensued. Robertson crashed head on with a patrol car, putting himself and a Fort Worth officer in the hospital.

Robertson is being held in the Tarrant County jail on more than $1.5 million bond.
