Justin Tyler Davis, 19, was charged with three counts of sexual assault of a child, four counts sexual performance of a child and four counts possession of child pornography.
The girl's mother told College Station police that Davis had sex with her daughter and took sexually explicit pictures of her.
According to court documents, the juvenile, who is now 15, said the two were dating and the acts were consensual.
Davis turned himself in to police on Monday.
A judge set his bond at $54,000.
