Jury Deadlocked in Bryan Murder Trial

Deliberations will continue Monday in the trial of a Bryan man accused of killing his wife.

The jury was sent home after two unsuccessful days of trying to reach a verdict in the case of Bobbie Tates.

Tates, 54, has pleaded not guilty to fatally shooting his wife, Carolyn, in August 2006.

If convicted, Tates could face up to 99 years or life in prison.
