College Station has attracted a $20 million condo to be built in the heart of Northgate.
The city council has approved a land deal with an Atlanta based company to build the condos and retail center.
The city sold the land near Wellborn Road and Church Street for over $800,000, that's $206,000 below what the property is worth.
GameDay Centers will market the condos to Former Students who need a home for game day weekends and other activities.
The city says the more than 130 condos will sell for $140,000 - $750,000.
The development could bring in $40 million in sales.
