An Italian favorite was served up Wednesday for a special cause.
The United Way held its Second Annual Chicken Spaghetti Lunch.
Due to last year's tremendous show of support, employees moved this year's luncheon to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church because it could accommodate the crowd.
United Way's Director of Information and Referral Services for 2-1-1 Traci Byrd says preparing the lunch say it is a why for employees to raise money and contribution to the goals of United Way.
"We go out and ask other employees to donate and, so we felt like as employees we should be donating also," Byrd said.
Proceeds raised benefit all 17 United Way charities.
