A topless club in Robertson County is denied a beer license again.

Officials in the Robertson County Clerk's Office say Judge Jan Roe rejected the liquor license application from the former Horseshoe Club now known as Gem's Gentlemen's Club.

Back in September, Roe denied their initial request based on insufficiencies in the application and safety concerns on Highway 6.

As promised the clubs' owner did open for business prior to Friday's decision.
