Jury selection began Monday in the trial of a College Station man accused of attempted capital murder.
Brandon Combs is accused of shooting at three men over a fight that began at a Jack in the Box.
Witnesses told police that the fight was over loud music and Combs followed them to an apartment complex where he began firing shots.
Police report a round struck the victim's car but did not injury anyone inside.
Opening arguments are expected Tuesday.
